The San Tan Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a community event where area residents can meet and talk with local candidates seeking elected offices.
The event will run from 6-8 p.m. Aug. 6 at the Copper Basin YMCA, 28300 N. Main Street in the Copper Basin development off of Hunt Highway.
Each candidate is encouraged to mingle with the constituents and present their ideas and platforms. There will be no formal speaking forum.
