Queen Creek is celebrating the splendor of the desert environment at the Neighborhoods in Bloom Cactus Fiesta.
The event is from 9-11 a.m, in the Founders Room at Queen Creek Town Hall, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road.
This free public event offers residents an opportunity to learn about the Sonoran desert and about providing care and maintenance for low-water-use landscaping. The event will include presentations and question-and-answer sessions with experts from the Boyce Thompson Arboretum, the Pinal County Master Gardeners and the Pueblo Grande Museum. The Cactus Fiesta will also include a variety of children’s activities, door prizes and vendor displays.
