NFL Punt, Pass and Kick competition comes to Q.C.

Young pro-football fans are invited to register early to compete in the NFL Pepsi Punt, Pass and Kick competition in Queen Creek.

The town is accepting registrations for the local competition, which will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sept. 6 at Desert Mountain Park, 22201 S. Hawes Road.

Punt, Pass and Kick provides boys and girls ages 8 to 15 a free opportunity to showcase their football skills. To avoid lines on the day of the competition pre-register by Thursday, Aug. 28. Participants must provide a copy of their birth certificate at the time of registration. Age classification is as of Dec. 31 of the current year. According to NFL rules, football shoes/cleats/turf shoes will not be allowed. Participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottles.
