Archaeological Society meeting in Q.C. Wednesday

The San Tan Chapter of the Arizona Archaeological Society will meet from 7-9 p.m., July 9.

Pioneer family member Jim Powers and archaeologist Banks Leonard will speak at the meeting. They will discuss archeology in Queen Creek. The group meets at the San Tan Historical Society Museum, 20435 S. Ellsworth Road, on the southeast corner of Queen Creek and Ellsworth Roads in the Historic Rittenhouse School.
